I am a member of the Armed Forces.
How may I cast my vote?
If you are on active duty with any military
service, and will be out of the
county on Primary Day or Election Day, you may request an application
for an absentee ballot from any New York State Board of Elections.

Primary Election:
For military voters not previously registered, the Board of Elections
must receive the application for a ballot by August 20, 2010. For military voters
previously registered, the Board of Elections
must receive the application for a ballot by September 7, 2010, or the voter must apply
personally by September 13, 2010.
The ballot must be postmarked by
September 7, 2010, and received by the Board of Elections by September 21, 2010,
or delivered in person to the Board of Elections by September 14, 2010.
General Election: For military voters not previously registered, the Board of Elections
must receive the application for a ballot by October 22, 2010. For military voters previously registered, the Board of Elections
must receive the application for a ballot by October 26, 2010. Voters
previously registered may apply in person for a ballot at the Board of Elections
by November 1, 2010.
The ballot must be postmarked by
November 1, 2010, and received by the Board of Elections by November 15, 2010.
The last day to deliver the ballot in person to the Board of Elections is
November 2, 2010.
